huh....the weather for this couple of days are really hot...even my plants need to be watered many times...my cats seem to have lost their appetite...

the effect can really be felt...even without doing anything...i'll feel tired easily...

lock myself inside the room
switch on the fan n the air cond...full blast
surf the net or take a nap
